Every pad starts here, not at a supplier. Formulation, format, surface, cover — developed in-house and specified before a single reel is coated.
You bring the brand and the market; we build the article around it, from first sample to production-ready spec sheet.
IN-HOUSE PAPER MACHINES
Custom papers start at 3 tonnes — not 30. Our machines run 80 to 800 gsm, which covers everything from lightweight sketch stock to heavy watercolour board on the same line. Specialty furnishes, custom shades, bespoke surfaces: specified with you, then made to your article, not adapted from ours.
PAPERS, CUT-TO-SIZE
Most producers don’t want to handle mid-size or small runs, deckle edges, and custom formats. We do. We invested in a machine park, optimized for specialty traditional art products. Our customers use that capacity for their own articles — an extended workbench for the specials a mass converter won’t quote, without buying equipment or building a converting line themselves.
AUTOMATED BINDING
Gluing, binding and finishing all sit under one roof. Head-glued blocks, four-side glued pads, spiral and case binding — specified, made and packed in the same place the paper comes from. Nothing goes out to a converter and comes back late.
